Missed AB

• 3 management options:
  • Expectant w/ outpt OB f/u
  • Outpt OB f/u for D&C
  • D/c home w/ misoprostol
    • Need definite dx of non-viable fetus that meets criteria to avoid misoprostol for what is an actual viable IUP
    • Need anti-emetic and opioid Rx as well
    • Should bleed no more than “amount to fill a shoe” for 1-2 hrs
