AC joint Separation

• 1st degree
• 2nd degree – AC ligament disruption
• 3rd degree – high riding – disruption of coracoclavicular ligament

Ant Shoulder Dislocation Associated Injuries

• You’ll still just reduce all of these
• Avulsion fracture – of humeral greater tuberosity
• Hill Sachs – cortical depression of the posterolateral humeral head from impaction on the glenoid rim
• Bankart – Injury to anterior glenoid labrum
