Wrist fractures
- Pronator quadratus fat stripe – indirect evidence of an occult distal radius fracture
- Splint, f/u in one week for reexamination/re-imaging

Scaphoid
- Most common
- At risk for avascular necrosis
- Often occult – pain w/ axial loading of thumb, snuffbox tenderness
Triquetral
- 2nd most common
- Easy to miss dorsal speck of bone on lateral view of hand
- Reason to look at your own films
