Approach

• ABC’s including a GCS if sick
• VS including fingerstick glucose
• GOTIMES to guide DDx
• CBC, CMP, urine pregnancy, ECG, Head CT
• Consider CXR, UA, LP, APAP, ASA, EtOH
• Consider empiric Abx +/- steroids, +/- acyclovir for meningitis/encephalitis
