- Bartonella
- Bacteremia
- UTI
- MAS/HLH
- Rheum
Kawasaki Disease
- Clinical features:
- Fever > 38 C x 5 d
- Conjunctival injection (limbic sparing, non-exudative)
- Rash: Polymorphous non-vesicular
- Mucosal changes (lips and tongue)
- Cervical LAD > 1.5 cm
- Edema/desquamation palms/soles
- If all 5 clinical features present can dx after 4 days of fever
- Fever > 7 days in < 6 mo should be considered Kawasaki until proven otherwise
